Difference between Standard User & Marketing User

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to differentiate between Roles of Standard and Marketing User. The definition in docs is same foe both "all parts of the application, except the Admin section".

I also checked other threads and got an answer as "The difference, is what I mentioned. Standard User is a system role and cannot be modified or deleted. The Marketing User role can be deleted or modified because it is not a system role" BUT I am able to edit both

Can someone help me to determine the difference, if any ?
