Is there any documentation that describes the differences between the ability/limitations of a Developer instance of Marketo vs. Spark/Standard/Select version?

Developer instances have mostly the same features as an Enterprise subscription, but they cannot be used for any marketing purposes, only for testing and development.  There are also additional limitations on the number of emails which can be sent in a given batch.
