Design studio -> landing pages: display the form in a column

in the design studio -> landing page page, one can see all LP's, together with infos such as their approval status, their template, program and last update:

One info is missing here: the form used, if any. It should be possible to sort the list on that field and (when time comes) it should also be possible to filter on it.
