Design Studio is altering my images

Help please!

I have one image that I've been trying to upload into Design Studio (a logo) and everytime it uploads the color of the logo is extremely altered. I've checked all file types in their designated programs of the image and all of them appear as they should. Once I upload the jpg file though the color is still wrong.

Anyone have this happen to them? Or know how to fix this?

Hi Taylor,

Could you show us exactly what's happening between the original file and the uploaded file?

I'm thinking it could be because you are uploading a CMYK (print) image and it is converting it to RGB (web).

I would open the image in a photo editor like Photoshop and check the Mode to make sure it is RGB.

Maybe it's issue with the file? Trying converting it to a PNG, and then uploading it. .
