Depend Form Fields option to send email notifications

Hi Everyone,

I have a small requirement here:

There is a form which have firstname, lastname, email, product interest fields there, product interest field is a dropdown list, there are 2 options in it - Hardware, Software.

If  the user select "Hardware", a email notification would be send to ***1@abc.com;
If  the user select "Software", a email notification would be send to ***2@abc.com;

Do the marketo form provide this functions to us? if not is there  any idea for this, please?

This would be handled by a Smart Campaign. In your Smart List, you would use the trigger Fills Out Form and specify your form. In the Flow, use the Send Alert flow step, click "Add Choice", specify the field and value, and then add the email address you'd like to send to.
