Hi,

I have a database of around 3200 list, I need to delete only 3100.
The delete form is able to delete only 48 items at a time.
How to delete the 3100 data from 3200 numbers ?

Thanks

Hi Harry,

If you've already got this list set up in your lead DB of the specific 3100 records you want to delete, you can use the Select All and Delete Lead buttons from this list to delete all of the records in a particular list.  If you don't have this list designated already, you'll want to create a smart list specifying the criteria of those records and then delete them with Select All.

Put the 100 people you DO NOT want to delete on a static list.

Rerun the smart list with a new filter: Member of List NOT IN "No delete"

then do what Kenny said. The display only shows 50 leads at a time, but Select All does select all leads in the smart list.

Remember to choose Delete Lead vs. Delead in CRM and if you want the lead removed from both systems.
