Deleted Image/File Still Accessible via URL
There is a PDF file that was at one point uploaded to our Marketo Files/Images repository and linked on some of our outbound email campaigns. We've since pulled all this content down and even deleted the Files/Images from our Marketo instance however i'm still able to direct link to those files simply by taking the URL and popping it into our browser.
Here's the link (partially redacted) that works

Curiously, the same link in unsecure format (http://) does what i would expect which is reroute to the fallback page in both Chrome and Firefox but in IE it still pulls the content down. This is maddening!!!
Anyone know why i can still access this content but cannot see it in Marketo Images & Files?
NOTE: Please don't suggest clearing my cache...we've already done that and have further tested accessing this content on a brand new machine with zero previous pull of this content at any point in time.
