Delete lead if they do not already exist.

I am trying to setup a flow that will send an email based on a select option.  I want to delete any leads that creates but only if they do not already exist in the lead database.  I want to keep leads that have previous activity.  Is there a way to do this?

What you could do is use the days since last activity filter.  You could set it really high if you need to, to make sure you do not delete anyone.  Then delete all of the leads that appear on the list
