Delete bulk of leads does not work

I am trying to mark multiple leads on the lead database and delete them but it fails.

What does it say? Do you have permission to do this in Marketo?

I get this error sometimes when i chosen multiple leads and try to delete them. single delete works and sometimes multiple works but mostly - multiple lead delete does not work. And it did work on previous versions.

Hi, this is the error i get:
Failed while initializing the campaign membership, more leads qualified for the campaign that the allowable limit. (0 leads qualified)

Any ideas?
