Delete a lead in Dynamics CRM

How do you handle lead deletion in Dynamics CRM when you delete a lead in Marketo? The "delete lead" single flow action has the "Remove from CRM" option greyed out and set to false by default.
Any suggestion?

Hi Jose,

Currently we do not have functionality to delete from CRM through the native sync.  Many of our clients create a custom field so that it can be checked in MArketo then synched to CRM.  When this flag is set they have a workflow listening to delete/deactivate the record.

It would be nice if the fact that this functionality is not available for MS Dynamics customers was documented in the Help Articles about this feature ...
