Delayed Sending

I am trying to set up a campaign that is triggered by an updated lead source. Once the lead source updates I want to wait 2 weeks and then send an email and then wait 2 more weeks and send a second email. In the Flow area I used the following setup:

Wait: Duration 2 weeks
Send Email: Template 1
Wait: Duration 2 weeks
Send Email: Template 2

Is this the proper way to handle this type of campaign?

...Are you kicking of the flow with a reacurring batch campaign or a trigger? If trigger you will want to normalize when the wait step ends.

This is supposed to be a reaccurring batch campaign to anyone whose Lead Source changes in Timeframe "yesterday".
