Delay Lead Score because of action

My company is hosting a webinar. I would like for each person that registers for the webiar to recieve +50 points in their lead score and those that attend to receive +100 points. However, I would not like for this change in lead score to happen until after the event. In other words, I would like for this change in lead score to happen as a result of their registration/attendence, but just delayed 2 weeks. Is there a way to do this?

There are a couple of ways to skin this cat, here's one way:

You can use a wait step after a trigger campaign, which will change the lead's score after a time you specify:

Yep, if I understand the question correctly, it should just be a case of creating a triggered Smart Campaign with a 2 week Wait step in the flow before applying the score.
