I haven't been able to find a description of this trigger.  Can anybody fill me in?  Is a sales email any email that is not operational?

Hey Peter,

My understanding is that a Sales Email is an email that is sent via Sales Insight using templates or an email sent through Outlook and tracked using the plug-in.

Jeff is correct. Any email sent with MSI is considdered a sales email. Please not MSI respects the rules. So if operational email it would send even though someone is unsubscribed. And if not it wouldn't send.

I'm more interested in the definition of "received." I've sent some emails through Sales Insights and have a trigger based on "Sales Email is Received." Nothing is happening after the emails arrive in the inbox.

Hi Ryan, I think Sales Email received should be the same as Email Delivered (e.g. no bounce).
