I see we can use default Program to do Nurturing (with Smart Campaign + Smart List)

What is the reason we use Engagement Program? Which is Engagement Program advantages?

Could you show me some case studies?

I'm newbie with Engagement Program ;-)

Hi Nam,
hard to describe in one sentence but the engagement programs are focused to build different streams with a lot of emails to qualify the customer.

Though we can use the default program for nurturing, it still requires more effort to distribute and design the flow of content. Engagement programs reduce this effort. The advantage is that you can focus on creating better content, and let the system worry about distribution. Here's how it's "Smart Streams" can engage better.
