Default index, follow settings

Currently, the index and follow settings for landing pages are controlled at the landing page level when editing a page's meta tags.  Regardless of what is in the template, these default settings of "index, no follow", as defined by Marketo, will overwrite your template code.

My idea is for Marketo to look for this code in the template and then use the template code as the default setting, not an arbitrarily assigned setting.
