Default Form Fields

I want to create a form template with default fields. Currently when I create a new form the default fields are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. However, I want every new form created in our Marketo instance to have additional fields (Company, Phone Number, Country, and some hidden fields as well)> I could not figure out how to do this in the Design Studio, is there a way to do this?

Hi Etinan

A way around could be to add the fields you require and clone that form whenever required. Would that help?

That could work but we have over 10 Marketo users in our company from all over the world... looking for a solution for whenever they create a new form

I believe like @Alok R suggested you need to create a "template" form. Users will not actually be forced to use it but (as with any template) hopefully the benefits of cloning it will outweigh the annoyance of remembering!
