Dedicated IP Hostname - Should we change it?

We have a dedicated IP address and it has always had a Marketo hostname. We added a second dedicated IP for one of our business entities and this IP uses our domain for the hostname. Should we update the original IP hostname? Are there any downfalls or advantages not having our domain as the hostname?

I think I figured out what I was looking for. Branded Return Path for our original dedicated IP address.

"The hostname" is a too vague.

Do you mean the branded envelope sender hostname? The Primary LP domain hostname?

for the branded envelope, each IP should have a separate domain. Deliverability Team should have assisted you with this.
