Deactivation of Smart Campaigns upon Archiving programs

It would be nice when you archive a program folder to have a pop-up that asks if you would like to deactivate all smart campaigns within the folder. I feel like if you are archiving the program folder, you are not running it anymore. This would help with mass deactivation of smart campaigns.
