Day in the Life ... sweating Bullets
Hi, thought I woudl start this discussion as a place to share some scary lessons learned.
Yesterday I created a new Partition and Workspace because we are bringing the Japan Team into Marketo. I don't think I modified my other Workspaces but today when I got into Marketo I found that ALL My programs were empty in one Partition in particular. I immediately thought... ugh oh.... I think I may quit today or get fired. I was on the phone with Tech Support dealing with a different issue related to follw-up pages not displaying after Registration is submitted. Little did we know the two issues were related. When i create the new Workspace all my other Workspaces lost visibility to Default. When a WorkSpace cannot see Default all the Programs within the workspace APPEAR to be empty. It took some poking around and sweaty palms but we eventually figured it out and also fixed the follow-up page issue in the process.
