Date/Time Test Option

According to the documentation there should be an option for Date/Time test when you create a new A/B test.  I don't see it.

I only see Subject Line, Whole Email and From Address as options.  Is the documentation wrong??

Also on some emails - I do not even have the option for create A/B test in the contextula menu.....
