"Date of Activity" Filter Question

I am working on our CASL compliance plan.  I need to create a batch campaign that says if the implied consent filed date has not changed in the past 6 months and 1 day, marketing suspend them and send an email requesting consent.

Questions:
1. Should I use the "Not Data Changed Value" filter (im alittle confused by what the the note means when it says this activyt type is archived after 90 days)
2.  and can I say - Data of Activity was in the past 6 months and 1 day?  Will marketo understand this or do I need to just use the number of days?

I appreciated any advice!

How are you building this out? Like a recurring batch campaign?

Yes, I planned for it to run a batch daily.

I see. I think you want to use the "In Past Before" 6 months option (https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LNFXCA4#date-fields)

I'd run a quick test using smaller time increments, but that should work for you.

I don't have the "In the Past Before" option?  Should I?

I also don't have "in the future" or "in the future after"

How can i get these options in my instance?

You're selecting a date field, right? Can you post a screenshot? It should be available for all instances.

Oh no, it isn't in the Data Value changed flow step. Sorry, I was unclear.

What you need to do is populate the date when someone does subscribe and use the filter on that date field. You could populate that date with a batch campaign for the old ones and for new ones just have a trigger that records the {{system.date}} in the field.

Are you using a token in the smartlist field?

I am trying to create a trigger for a nurture campaign that pulls in people with a data change:
Current User --> Yes
Date before - 5 weeks ago.

I don't want within the past 5 weeks, I want anything before 5 weeks ago.
Is this even possible without putting in a specified date?

Bumping in case there's an update. I too am looking to do the same thing Greg is to filter only the leads that have filled out a form more than 90 days ago.
