Database vs. Marketing Activities

My team and I are noticing a difference in the lists and people that are in the Database Section vs the lists that are within the Marketing Activities section. Do these two sections treat lists and people in the lists as separate? Which wouldn't make any sense. Please advise.

Please provide some clarification on, what type of lists? Static/Smart? What type of filters are you using?  Is your advanced logic the same? Do you have workspaces/partitions? When you first noticed the difference, what are some of the steps you took to triage?

Database section is global. As in, your _entire_ database. The static lists that are in Marketing Activities are probably just one time uploads.

Similarly, Smart Lists would also be a narrower cross-section of your entire database. Hope that helps!

If it doesn't look cool, you're probably doing it wrong.

Hi Christine! There isn't any difference between the leads in Marketing Activities vs. your Lead Database. Make sure your Smart List filters are exactly the same. Also, do you have workspaces or partitions?
