Database sync

What's the best way to identify leads that are in marketo and not in SFDC.  I tried Not Lead was Synced to SFDC with the Assigned to is empty or is not empty, but it didn't work. Some leads from the results were in SFDC.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.

Hi Sherin! Just use the filter "SFDC Type Is Empty". That should do the trick.
