Ok, can you be more specific?

Converted means ??

If you need to remove records, look at various attributes:
  • no activity in past 180 days
  • invalid emails
  • hard bounced emails
  • trashed leads

Greg,

I'm guessing by "converted" you're referring to SFDC records that have been converted from a Lead to a Contact/Account/Opportunity.

You could create a segmentation to distinguish which are "converted" and which aren't by using the SFDC Type smartlist criteria.

Converted will be SFDC Type = Contact
Non-converted will be SFDC Type = Lead or empty

Let me know if you were looking for something else.

Sorry! "Converted," meaning contacts who have engaged with us by registering for events we have done through Marketo.

We have a decent-sized group of worthless contacts in our database and I'm looking to scrub out the excess to help us cut costs.

Greg,

If you're using programs, you could use the following smartlist criteria:

For "converted" leads: Acquisition Program is Any

For "non-converted" leads: Acquisition Program is empty
