Database Hygiene - Cleaning Data

Hi - I am putting together a database hygiene plan to clean our data in Salesforce and Marketo. I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on a service to use to verify/clean email and contact data? There are so many services out there and I would like to get some community feedback on services you use or have used.

      Avoid ringlead if you have anything complex - our testing showed it was writing into new contacts that would break other systems.
