Data Value Change - list of "Reason" constraints?

Hi,
I'm trying to identify all of the possible "Reason" constraints for a Data Value Change. I found a KB article with most of the reasons (http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L3DuCAK), but wondering if anyone knows a quick way of finding the rest. Example: Merge (leaddb) not on the list. 

I tried hitting the picklist for reason to see if Marketo would magically provide me with all of the possible reasons, but no dice.  Besides checking every lead in lead db with a data value change--I can't really find a good way to identify all possible DVC reasons. Any suggestions?
