Data Value Change Flow with No Results!

Hi guys,

I'm trying to do some Lead Source data clean up on leads and when I create a Smart Campaign with a Change Data Value flow step, I get all the leads that I need qualifiying for the smart list.

But after I run the campaign, the Results tab are mysteriously empty and none of the data is actually changing.

What could be the problem??

Hi Grant. Check if the Lead Source field is blocked for updates.

I should have said that I already checked the "Blocked for Updates" settings on the field, and nothing was checked - ie it's not blocked there.

Understood. Your "results" comment should have clued me in on that.

Is campaign in progress in the Campaign Queue under marketing activities?

The campaigns complete and none are in queue. They just don't actually do anything :(

Just circling back with you. Did you resolve this?

Thanks for following up. Apparently in that same section (field management) there was a an additional field that was blocking updates. It was source (not lead source, which I changed). I unselected block field from updates, and reran the campaign and it worked! Good to know in the future.
