Data Retention Policy for Marketing Contact information in our db

Hi All,

We currently do not have a Data retention policy for Marketing contact information in our Marketo instance. I am looking to see if any one of you could provide some guidelines or industry standards with regards to this or something that you do at your org might also be helpful. I am aware that Marketo has their own Data retention policy but wanted to see how we could draw some synergies here.

Your privacy officer should offer you guidelines. Depends greatly on your jurisdiction and cost of retaining data.
