Can't tell you how much time this would have saved me over the years if this feature had existed.

Echoing the sentiments above - this would be a very handy feature.
I often create smart lists to get an idea of how many leads a campaign would affect, and then have to recreate the same smart list from scratch in a Smart Campaign. This would save so much time!
Marketo product management (Cheryl Chavez ) - this idea has been in the "we like it" status for three years now. By chance, is this on this year's product roadmap?

I've been at Marketo since half a year before the birth of this idea and have to say I never really noticed it before. I feel dumb asking this but what is the main use case for this need? (FYI I'm not in Product management) Is it when I have 2/3 flow steps and want to add a wait step and then repeat the same flow steps as before the wait step? Or if I have built out a flow step with lots of IF choices and want to repeat later within the same flow? Is it mainly about copying into the same campaign flow or also about across campaigns?
If it's about across campaigns then does cloning a smart campaign not accomplish this?
Doug Durando In your use case, after you have created the standalone smart list then why not simply use the member of smart list filter in your campaign instead of recreating the list from scratch within the smart campaign?
One use-case is a re-use a flow-step with multiple choices. Of course, setting this up a separate smart campaign could work and just "request the campaign" from the main smart campaign - but that's not always an option.
