Customize wysiwyg options

Is there a way to customize the wysiwyg options in an email asset when you edit the HTML within the wysiwyg editor so that you don't have to click "more" to get to the HTML edit option?

We're changing the editor so that both rows of buttons are shown by default! Coming very very soon!
