Customize the date picker?

I would like to customize the date picker on the form on my landing page to restrict dates that leads can select.

I would like to eliminate weekends as well as "today" and "tomorrow" as date options.

Is there a way to do this?

Please search the Community first -- I posted a demo w/the Kalendae 3rd party calendar widget a long time ago, and most other plugins can be used.
