Customize Activities Sync - Not Synced to SFDC

Hi All,

We have the up the activities like form fill out, email open as in Customize Activities Sync - Marketo Docs - Product Docs . But these activities are not synced to SFDC under "Activity History".

Could anyone help with reason, In Marketo set up done as in above link, plz let us know if the issue could be because of SFDC setup / access.

Hi Sri,

This can be because the activity sync will not happen more than once per day.

Or because the Marketo SFDC user has not been granted sufficient access to the Activity object in SFDC.

On this very topic, unlike flow steps, only support can tell you what errors are being generated.
