Customer unable to open any landing page links in emails - help!

We have a customer who has multiple users receiving emails from us. They cannot open links to landing pages within the emails at all. Will whitelisting the Marketo urls (as per the help article) work for landing pages too? 

If anyone could advise that would be much appreciated.

Can you share more about the problem? Is it their email client? Is another person at the same firm able to do this?
If you send them the naked URL directly from your email box, will it work on their computer?

Hi Josh,

I sent them the naked URL to see if they could open that. If so, does that mean the special tracking url is causing the issue? 

The IT person said that no one in the office can open the links.

The customer confirmed that they could indeed open the naked url. Here are the two versions if that helps:

Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated. Also yes, it affects everyone in the office as they are on the same network.
