Customer Engagement Module: For Spark?

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Customer Engagement Module is / will be available for Spark as well?

I found out: "Yes it will work with Spark but it is limited to 4 engagement programs with one stream per program."

You should be able to create engagement programs in your account as of today.
