Customer Community with secure login

Question for all.. we want to launch a Customer Community on the Salesforce platform with a secure login.. curious as to whether or not Munchkin/tracking will work with a secure login?

Tracking should work fine I believe. Just remember that if your community site is built on the SFDC and has a site domain that is different to your website domain then you cannot track your visitors together across both domains, it will be a separate cookie for each domain.
