Custom Views in Best Bets - of all leads

I know the standard views are based off of the leads the sales person owns or the leads their team owns.

If they create a custom view and select ALL leads... will this show them leads (fitting the filters) that are in the database, not just owned by them?

I think it's highly dependent on your salesforce profiles. If they are able to see all leads, then that view should enable them. For my reps, they are only able to see leads that they own based on the profiles we have built out. However, for upper management, they are able to see all leads, and in order to view a specific lead owner they use a filter. For instance, since I have the ability to view all leads (muahahaha), in my best bets I see all leads for the database.

    Right, I believe it's dependent on where their user is located in the SFDC role heirarchy, and your sharing rules.
