Custom object - Data type "Link" missing

Hi all,

I was about to create a custom object and wanted to connect the custom field to a person in my database. I am, nonetheless, unable to choose a "Link" as a data type - see attached.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Please move your attachment to an inline image. Attachments aren't viewable in all versions of the Community, making things very confusing.
