Custom HTML on Form for Known Lead not submitting on Vidyard Video

Hi Everyone,

We've got some forms as events in front of videos hosted on Vidyard that are embedded on our website. The forms are in Marketo, embedded into the VidYard video, then the VidYard video is embedded on the web page.

When the form is set to "If Known Visitor Show: Form" and "Follow Up With: Stay on Page" everything works fine. When the setting is changed to "If Known Visitor Show: Custom HTML" and "Follow Up With: Stay on Page" the form does not submit and shows the same "Welcome back, NAME" and "Watch" buttons from the custom HTML. The video does not play. Any ideas?

Do you have a link?

Are you saying there is a Gated Video where you have Page 1=form and Page 2=video embed?

A URL is critical for troubleshooting, like Josh said.

My suspicion is Vidyard is trying to do something with Forms API that they don't realize is different in KL HTML mode.
