custom email notifications for Sales Insight

Does anyone know if there's a way Sales can customize email notifications in Sales Insight?

I know that they can send email notifications by subscribing to the lead feed, but the lead feed only shows records assigned to them and if they engaged in an interesting moment.

A scenario would be if they wanted to customize their own email notification in sales insight for specific target companies or individuals. Maybe this isn't doable today, but just wanted to make sure.
