Custom CRM Field Not Appearing in Template Form Field list

There is a custom CRM field that I want to add to a form. The field is on the Lead entity and is checked for sync with Marketo (and has been for months). However, when I go to add that field to my form, the field doesn't appear in the Template Form Field list.

Any hints?

Hi Theresa-
Is the field that you want to see in MKTO showing in the schema of SFDC objects that you are currently syncing between the systems?

Another thing you should check is if the field is in the Hidden Fields in Marketo....if it is, it will not show in any interface or drop-down.

The field that I want to see shows up in the CRM (Microsoft, not SFDC) objects that are syncing between systems.

I'm not sure where to check if it is hidden.
