I found this article on how to add custom columns to a report, but I don't have 'Add Custom Column' as an option in my instance of Marketo.  Is this feature not available in the Spark version?

Hitoshi, you add custom columns via the Setup tab in the Lead Performance report (see the screen shot below).  The help article is actually out of date as the UI for doing this changed several months ago.

It should be there, but it is only available in Lead Performance reports.

@Cheryl - I created a new Lead Performance report but my Report Actions only contains the followings. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
