Cross Checking Lists

I have 2 lists and Im trying to create a smart list to see how many leads overlap between the two. The answer on how to do this seems fairly obvious however, I dont have emails on 1 of the lists - just the account name. So what I did was say 'Member of List = list' and Account name = [list of all listed on other doc] and nothing came up. I know there is an overlap so how do I get this to work?

What if you just said Member of List A and Member of List B? Or are you saying that you uploaded a list without email addresses?

I dont have emails in the second list, just a list of accounts. So I thought I could cross-check by that field and that doesnt seem to work.

The most obvious question would be, does the list A have account names? Otherwise, this might be an Excel project...
