CRM Field Mapping

Hi, when I choose "Export Field Names", I for example have a field called "Agency Rep Email", which has the following settings:

CRM Field Map:
AUS_Agency_Rep_Email__c (SFDC Opportunity)

However, when going to Field Mapping, I don't see this field anywhere. Does this mean it is or isn't currently synced with Salesforce?

If this field is on the Opp, then it is only readable by Marketo and not considered a sync field.

Thanks Josh. So it's basically a field in Salesforce, not synced to Salesforce? I was from the understanding all fields that are created in Salesforce, are synced in Marketo?

Any way, if I would like to sync it, do I request this from Marketo support or how would I go about it?
