Credit Card Applications

We have a client that would like to use Marketo forms to create their credit card application that will live on their website. Our concern is that this information may not be secure using a normal Marketo form. Is there a specific form or program to use for this type of application?

Also, how does Marketo collect and store this information? Is Marketo equipped with the necessary security measures to keep this personal information secure?
