Creating static list from two small smart lists fails - this needs to be fixed
Smart list timeouts are something Marketo should put a very high priority on.
I tried to run a campaign to create a static list from two smart lists and it timed out after several hours. when I first ran it, it shut down all other campaigns, so I had to abort it, so an email send campaign could go out.
I restarted it and then I got a failure notice saying:
Why: Smart List is taking too long to calculate.
What to do now?
Some Smart Lists are really complicated. Try to simplify.
It was just: If member of 1 smart list or a 2nd smart list > Create static list
