Creating 'source' tags and assigning them to large groups of existing leads

A portion of our leads came from a data vendor and I'd like to tag the profiles so I can report on the leads. Can someone point me to a good resource on how to create a tag, and assign it to large groups of existing leads? The leads I want to tag were added to the system through a variety of list imports into different engagement programs.

Do you mean tag with "Lead Source" or "Original Lead Source"

you can just run a flow against this list or add Lead Source info to a column on the spreadsheet before import.

If they are spread out, create a smart list to gather them together, then run a Change Data Value against them.
