Creating smart list based on activity type

Is there a way to create a smart list based on the activity type a lead did after they received an email?

For example lead received an email to an ungated page, they click on an asset. I can see this activity tracked by Marketo but not sure if I can use this as a filter.

The clicked link in email filter will get you all those who clicked the link in your email, what do you want next?

The people who then clicked another link on that landing page ? If that's the case then you should be then able to use the clicked link filter.
