Creating New Email Templates

Hello,

I've created a new email template and copied over all the HTML as well as uploaded all the images for the template into the Design Studio. However, I'm unsure how to get the template to pull the appropriate images. Right now all the images in the template are showing as broken.

Thanks!

Did you upload the images into Design Studio?

Yes, I did.

Do you have the correct image link referenced in Design Studio?

Michelle has a good point: please locate the images in Design Studio and copy the URL.
Open the template and double check whether the image's URL is correct.

I've been unable to edit the URLs in the template because when I try to approve the template, I get the following error message.

One or more mktEditable sections have errors. Make sure you have at least one and that they all have valid IDs

As a new user, I don't know what this means or how to correct it.

Hi Michelle,

You might not have the correct formatting for the editable areas.  Look for something like this:.  <div class="mkteditable" id="body1"> See this discussion: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000PMqPAAW
