Hello all,

One of our partners would like to send an email outside of Marketo with a link to a form I created in Marketo. Can I capture the info they fill out still? If so how?

Thanks

Hi Tim, absolutely! If you create a smart list that says "Filled out form" and select your form name, you can also add a constraint for the page on which it was filled out, and then you'll know who filled out the form.

You can also incorporate this into a smart campaign if you wanted to send a follow up email, or add aditional information to the record.

Yes, because they are filling out your Marketo form on Marketo. Marketo will see the Visits Page when the lead hits the page.

Do you want to capture more detail on the lead source?

You can also create an alert campaign that sends you an email each time that form is filled out.
