Creating Invitations with Forms

We are creating an invitation where we need to see everyone who has rsvp'd as well as capture their information. What is the best way to do this in marketo?
Should we create an email  and then have an external URL linking to a registration form or would a landing page with a form be more beneficial.
Also with forms, are we able to capture and pull that data to see how many people have RSVP'd?

Hey Vendredi,
The best way to do this would be to send an email out to the invitees with a link to a webpage with a Marketo form on it. This web page could be a Marketo Landing Page or an external web page with a Marketo form embeded on it.

To get a list of RSVPs, you would then create a Smart List using the "Filled out Form" filter. On that filter, you can specify the form the leads filled out to RSVP. You could also create a custom view for this Smart List to view only the data that you want to see. Instructions to do so can be found here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L6YkCAK)

Also, you can look at Program Membership by Status to see who has registered/attended/etc

You could also create a form processing campaign that adds folks to flows and lists upon form submission. Youl would then download the static list or simply see the members of the smart campaign.
